talking about "cooking academy 2", there was this one recipe that i really loved... japanese "crepes"... and a sudden wave of memories hit my mind...okay, it wasn't all memories, it was also cravings... i love eating crepes... LOVE..!!!!hehe...so here's a way to profess my love towards this delicacy and also give the people a brief introduction of it...
crêpe is kind of like a pancake... but rolled into looking like an ice-cream or a taco.. that's how the way i looked at it...while surprisingly it originated from Brittany,France; it also widely popular across the world... in norwegia it's called Pannekake but in Italy its called crespella.. cool, huh..?!
Moreover, its also popula
r in the land of harajuku, Japan...
And for me I just love Shimino Crepes...
Normally, when i go to the movies at Pavillion, i won't even give a second look to the stall.. but this one day i was still feeling a wee bit hungry after eating a Subway turkey sandwich... so, with the extra money that i had, i took a chance (i sound adven
turous somehow....but the what the heck).... so in an effort to widen my taste bud, i decided to buy a crepe from Shimino Japanese Crepes....
- here's a look of what the Shimino stall loo
ks like.....(sorry to the people in the pic... i just took it randomly from the net)
- here's a look at the menu.. yummy...

so, shimino's crepes are delicious..together with whipped cream, its the best!!! i dare say that it''ll have you hooked once you started eating it... thinking about it kinda makes my stomach orchestrate its own music... huhu... which flavour will i recommend to newbies...??
hmm.... it has to be the banana mixed with ice-cream and chocolate toppings... yumm2....
here's an early picture to get you motivated....
delicious, right..??!!!
so, what is to hate..... it's the almost perfect dessert for all sweet lovers.... 5 stars to shimino japanese crepes...
here's a picture of me at shimino's stall at pavillion....

-cute huh...?! (i don't mean me.. i meant the stall)
